Hybrid chair design utilizing CNC milling, wood kerf bending, and 3d printing technologies. Challenging the conventional use of standard materials through the integration of radii in the various chair components.

The chair design considers the presence of radii in plan, section, and elevation. And on a more micro level, the filleted corners on the cushions and the slotted reliefs for the cushions. The fillet not only serves as a design or sculptural element, but as an ergonomic element for optimal comfort levels.
